Classes

Our enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. Parents/guardians are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time. Classes run for 4-8 week sessions at a time.

refunds

The Teeny Tinys reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to low enrolment, instructor illness, etc. Cancelled classes will be postponed to the closest date available. If a class cannot be postponed a refund will be offered.

Parent/guardian

We encourage parent/guardian participation for children ages 3months-5 years as it supports the involvement of your child as well as allows an opportunity to bond and learn about one another. At no point should your child/children be left in the class without your supervision.

Cell Phone & Camera Policy

We understand the desire to capture precious moments of your child/children however The Teeny Tinys does not allow photos or videos to be taken in the classes by parents. We do this to respect the privacy and enjoyment of others. We ask that all phones be switched to silent or vibrate. If an important call is required please step outside the class with your child/children.

Please also note The Teeny Tinys cannot be held responsible for any damage, theft or loss of any personal belongings or other items.

The Teeny Tinys is a safe space where people from all walks of life are welcome. Respectful communication among one another is a must at all times as well as ensuring everyone is safe and comfortable.

drop in classes

In person drop-in classes are $25 + HST and are available if space permits. Please allow 24hr notice to book a spot.

cost

Please see specific class for cost details. If an in person class is not full, you may join that class after the start date and pay a prorated cost for the remaining classes in a session.

payment

Payment in full is required before our 4-8 week session begins to secure your spot. Online payment must be made 24hrs before the scheduled class. Payment will not be accepted during class.

snacks

Due to food allergies or sensitivities, we ask that snacks be kept outside of the class for other's safety.

sickness policy

If your child has a rash, fever, pink eye or is vomiting please do not bring them to class. This is to ensure the safety of others in the class and prevent the illness from spreading and infecting others.

Privacy and security

Any information, pictures or video collected by The Teeny Tinys will not be shared with any third party and is strictly used for promotion or enrolment purposes and to inform you of any changes or special offers.
